Texas Leisure offers a variety of different services for our customers. From weekly hot tub maintenance to hot tub draining and pool filter cleans,
green to clean and acid washing.
POOL FILTER CLEANING SERVICE

With our Yearly Filter Service we will set a year long schedule to clean your filters on pre determined dates to make sure your pool functions correctly and your filter(s) last as long as possible.
POOL ONE TIME FILTER CLEAN

We offer a one-time filter cleaning for cartridge and DE filters. The service does include the filter O-rings being lubed. And DE replacement as well.

Just like our weekly pool maintenance, our weekly hot tub maintenance includes all chemicals. Please call for more information.

We have 2 options, a regular drain and clean or a purge drain and clean. Depending on the condition of your spa, will determine which service you will need.

- We test your pool water and provide and apply pool minerals and chemicals to keep your pool water in the optimum condition
- Record chemical readings
- Add basic chemicals (chlorine tabs, liquid chlorine, shock, muriatic acid)
- We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets
- We backwash your filter every 4-5 weeks or when dictated by the pressure gauge

- Maintain proper water level (This is important since we are only at your pool once a week)
- Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when needed
- Report any observations of swimming pool issues

- Cartridge and D.E Filter Clean Every 3 to 4 Months by Our Team $100
- Must have a working floor cleaning system (That would be a pool vacuum or in-floor pop-up cleaning system)
- Pool/Spa equipment must be fully operational and safe. (Example: Any type of leak or other issues causing the pool to not work at its full potential)
- Complete & Submit Service Agreement and Auto-Pay Authorization Form. (We bill on the 1st of each month for previous month of service)
